What We Do

ICAN Helping Hands provides compassionate, street-level outreach to individuals and families experiencing homelessness, hunger, and crisis throughout Parkland and Spanaway. Our team delivers practical support, builds trusting relationships, and connects people to resources that restore stability, dignity, and hope.

• Hot meals, snacks & hydration
• Hygiene kits, blankets, weather gear
• Resource packets & safety supplies

Housing & Stability Assistance

• Shelter & housing navigation
• Coordinated Entry referrals
• Help with IDs, documents & benefits
• Connections to rapid rehousing partners

Health & Wellness Support

• Mental health & SUD referrals
• Peer mentoring and healing circles
• Primary care & insurance linkages

Family & Youth Support

• Parent and caregiver support
• Fatherhood & mother-focused pathways
• Youth outreach, coaching & school connections
